Our labor rates are competitive, and we bill in fractions of an hour, so you don’t get overcharged. The Computer Store has a minimum diagnostic charge of one-half hour to get you the critical information you require to make a good decision whether to proceed with the repair of take another direction. We always dissuade customers to avoid putting more money than they should into older technology.
